How much is too much?

it is tough on you to work this hard. try to relax . take a deep breath. ask your husband to take some burden. at least do shifts. one day for you and other for him. unless you will get sick very soon.

There are really a lot of times when we feel stressed due to so many things to do despite the full hours at work, full time work at home and other things. And because of this routine and no help in sight, it will sap the energy out of the best person in the world. That also happens to me on a daily basis and I am feeling it's taking a toll on me mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially!

I know what you mean! I could be like that sometimes...and imagine that I'm still 23!

So what I do is that I try to change things sometimes. I always make it a point that I have time for myself and I do something different like once a week.

Like this week...I asked my boyfriend to go swimming this Sunday. Just to change things up.

well it all depends on what u want from ur life... u r too busy cause u r a part of many things like earning money,managing home,managing kids and husband...if u want to reduce ur workload u can either ask someone or pay someone to do some part of ur work which can be done by anyone else like laundry and dropping kids... this way u will get some time to relax.

its really toooo much...but try to manage your work like doing laundries once a week or grocery also once...and if u manage it this way you will be relaxed...i know...its very much dificult to handle it...i had such problems earlier, but now in a better position, children have grown up and also have washing machine etc to help...so life has become easier now. I used to work 8 days a week too. There is no way you can get all the chores done and the laundry done everything seems to pile up. Is there any way that you can work part time maybe?
