Will you report a vandal?

I'm not afraid of teens. I've worked with them for many years, including many students who were classed behavior disordered by the system. Some of these kids are working through immense problems. They aren't bad at heart, but they're almost all suffering from environmental problems such as abuse and neglect. They only have poor role models in their life and learn poor moral values from them. Most teens are more scared than mean!

I would report a vandal. A lot of times that's just another ploy to try and get attention. When kids don't get enough good attention, they try to get it in other ways. They'll never learn any different if adults don't blow the whistle on misbehaviors.

YES 4 ALL THE GOOD IT DOSE. THE COPPERS EVER TURN UP I THJNK THERE GOT THE WIND UP. ALL THOSE KIDS NEED IS A GOOD HIT UP THE BACKSIDE.
