Mixing races? How do you feel about it?

I have recently had a heated discussion with someone about this but am beginning to understand where they are coming from? If we all continue to mix races and sleep with each other and crossing races and crossing races with peoples ancestors coming from all over the world will we eventually breed out an entire race of people? or even worse every race?? What would do you imagine someone all races to look like?

I think there are enough racist people out there that can keep each race going strong.

I see your point but what I found is there are a lot of "closet mixers". By this I mean they openly profess to be racist and even against mixing of the races but they secretly date other races. Some of them will come out with it eventually but a lot is still hidden. Some of them won't bring these people home, but they will sleep with them in a heartbeat. Now I don't believe this about every single racist person but I believe the potential is always there.

That may be so but I really don't think we have to worry about all our races being mixed for a long time to come. Even these "closet mixers" ,as you call them LOL, would either be careful enough not to get another race pregnant or will deny the child and have kids with women that are of their race. So I think either way if a white man is racist but sleeps with a black woman he will still make babies with a white woman. ya know what I mean?

do u experieced to meet other races and be friends to them. well races is not a big deal for me as long as u treat them with so much respect the way u want to treat u. mixing races right now is not a big deal. theres a lot of asian people have been married to americans people because they saw love and respected to each other.

yeah i don't actually have a problem with people dating or having children outside of there race, i just wonder where it leads to and if eventually we will stand as one race.

I think for realistically that would take an extremely long time to happen. Comparing how many people mix races compared to the amount of same race couples having children - I doubt that the world would any time soon see a one race world. In fact, I would highly doubt anyone ever seeing that. I did date a guy who was half white - half black...He is still a good friend to this day. I didn't see "race" with him...I just saw him for him and was attracted to that. When it comes down to it what is race? Are we talking just the color of the skin? Or are we talking something much deeper as in heritage? If it's the matter of just color - I don't see how how or why it would matter. Just look at those who are half white and half black. They aren't one particular color. My ex I talked about probably would pass well for a full blood Italian but he isn't at all. It would take hundreds, possibly even thousands of years before the world would become a one exact color race and that is only if every single person in the world decided that they will only reproduce with someone of another race. And for mixing heritages, for us "white" people in America...most are already mutts. I'm German, Irish, Indian, French, and a little Scottish. Pure bred mutt. :) Mixing heritages has been happening for a very long time....color as well....and it will continue to but I highly doubt that we will every become one race because there are always going to be people who want their own race (which is perfectly fine) It's sort of like people trying to stop gay people from getting married. What is it that they are so afraid of? That everyone will suddenly "go gay?" lol Who cares if people mix races - it doesn't mean everyone is going to do it. The world won't be a one colored gay world. hehehehehe (p.s. - this wasn't to offended anyone - these were just examples to get a point across) Thanks for the discussion!!! Hope you have a good rest of the day, JEN

It is a subject that everyone must have some kind of opinion on even if it is the same as mine or not! I am attracted to different races but as i have said i want to be an Aussie, lol i know that we are kinda a mised breed anyway but before we know it there could be no real australians left. I know that it would take along time and more people than just us chatting would notice but my question how many races in your background even close family for me is Australian, Russian, English and when you go further back in my family tree there are german polish and scottish lol
