I think Louds idea the other day of putting what mood we are in is a good one and hope they implement it. At the end of any call, even if we are hanging up on the idiots we tell them to have a good day lol. There have been times when someone called in to complain that we hung up on them, the sup asks us if we told them to have a good day, and alls good then lol.

Yes i deal so much with people saying that everyday to me at the store that i wonder why are they programmed to say that when they don't stick around to see if you are or not..most come in and say "how are you"..i say not good but don't think you really want to hear that since you walked away..lol..
I think most jobs here in America think the customers want to hear that from employees but i'm truly sick of it..I say Hi or Hello so they know I'm aware of them and here its huggs and huggles to YOU!..lol
