I think that you did do the right thing but to be honest I don't think that kissing is all that big of a deal. Hopefully he forgave you because like you said you still love him very much and don't have any feelings for that any guy. It's good to have an open relationship and you should be proud of yourself for being honest with your boyfriend.

you two will be fine and I would give you a big thumbs up. I'm sure he'll get over it in time. The fact is you were honest because it bothered you. You could have dismissed it as nothing and reasoned that it was the drink but you were brave, held up your hands because you appriciated what you have and saw that you were wrong

So many people don't do that, it might even make you guys stronger in the future. You've seen that your boyfriend cares and it will take time but he'll hopefully come to think about it and realise that you didn't have to tell him but you did

I think calling it 'cheated' is big of you - a lot of people would brush it aside as a moment of weakness. Cheated is a strong word and the fact you use it shows that you have 'high' standards about what two people shouldn't get up to in a relationship

So I think you've done the right thing and I think he will get over it and I think it'll make you guys stronger in time but learn your less and don't do it again;)
