You honestly couldn't write this stuff! |

Are you sitting comfortably? Then I shall begin and I shall try and make a long story as short as possible! When my eldest son was 2 and a bit he not only had a phobia of dogs but reacted in the same way to men. I would often visit my friend with my son and her husband worked shifts. One day he was at home but tinkering with his car outside. My friend oppologised to me saying that just because my son was scared of him she couldn't make her husband, John, stay outside for the whole time we were there and I agreed with her. So with that he came in for a cuppa and my son immediately jumped up onto the settee beside me in a frenzy and bit my neck which looked just like a love bite! We later went home and the first thing that came out my son's mouth to my husband, at the time, was (baring in mind my son's vocabulary wasn't all that)'John bite mummy'. I showed him the bite and explained exactly what had happened but I could see he doubted what I said and for a while after that he would find an excuse to ring my friend's house when I said I was going there. I could totally understand it if he didn't believe me because it sounded so bizarre but I would never have cheated on him no matter how much of a rat he was.
Has anything ever happened to you that was so totally inocent that made you look so terribley guilty?

1. dawnald (9499) | 1 year ago | Well... One day I was working from home and chatting with a buddy and I was going flip chat flip work flip chat. In other words, toggling between different windows. Husband walks in just as I flip back to work. 10 minutes later he came back just as I did the same thing. We had a big blowout over it because he thought I was hiding something. If he had asked nicely I would have shown him the chat so he could see nothing was going on but it's all in the delivery. Whatever he said ticked me off (especially after he had promised he would take the kids and leave the house so I could work in peace and he didn't do it) so I made a nasty comment. Ooh, ouch, it got mean.

2. p1kef1sh (5630) | 1 year ago | In the same genre Humbug. When I was 21 and working in London my spinster boss, never been kissed let alone done anything remotely "rude", accused me of having a love bite on the end of my nose!!! In fact it was a spot and I was somewhat self conscious about it. But she would have none of it. LOL. If she's still alive she'll be nearly 90. Wonder is she's learned what a love bite looks like?!

3. cynthiann (3026) | 1 year ago | I was nearly 9 months pregant with my third son and after seeing the doctor had planned to stay over a friend's house as I had to be in town the following day and it was a 3 hour drive home.
It was unbearably hot and I was so sticky and sweaty. I showered then went to my friend's bedroom as this was the only room in the house that had an ac. Well, her husband had come home early from work and he was about to take a nap in air conditioned splendour.
Seeing the look on my face he suggested that I too take a nap on the king sized bed. So I took off the dress and slipped on my cool cotton nightie and got on the bed and we both went to sleep.
My friend came in with girlfriends from work to have a cup of tea and told them to go into the bedroom and turn on the ac because it was so hot.
So they opened the door and there I am. Cuddled up to her husband and we were both fast asleep. We woke up to shrieks of laughter. Thirty years later my friend still teases me about the time she caught me in bed with her husband! Blessings.

6. Rexdoron (227) | 1 year ago | Your husband may have been so jealous on you. Hey! Thats a good news, thats means he loves you a lot!
By the way, it was almost 12.30Am. I was waiting the clock struck at half pass 12 so that I could make Super Saver (it allows you to call anyone in the same telephone network at cheap rate in a period of time)and call my girlfriend.
5 minutes more, and I get a call from my old friend. She call me just to say hai, and she also asked me on what I was up to at that time. Just a simple and ordinary qustion from old, long-time-no-see friend. We ended up our conversation few minutes after 12.30. I made the SUper Saver and call my girlfriend.
Suddenly she asked me who I talk with. She said she tried to call me, but the line was busy. Not to make things worse, I told her. She was like, "What? A girl call you late at night?". She did not believe me.
Then, few days later, she was OK. Until now, we are happy back.

7. mercuryman3a (2273) | 1 year ago | ha ha ha trust is such a brittle thing that it cn get broken at the drop of a hat. A doubt when planted in the mind can make you do strange things. Of course you would not cheat on your husband, but it does nto mean thant he can trust the other man to stay off you. Suppose he really gave you a bite inspite of your not wanting it? Not that he will. It is somethign like this. If you see a man brandishing a knife nd even if he told yo that he was jsut cutting a loaf of bread, the doubt always lingers in yor mind, what if? So just relax. if you are innocent, let yor husband make very sure of the situtation.
