stomach ache when in event...  | | 
Almost all fo the people in the world if I'm correct has expirience a
stomache ache (needs a bathroom) when in event such as party, etc.
I myself has encountered this when I was in a birthday party, I was confused
on what to do...
But it is an invitational party so I must not leave right away..
What I did was ask my friend if I can use his bathroom.
Yes it was a little shame to do that but it's better than leaving
how about you what did you do when you encountered this moment..?

Hosting person should tell this to everyone at the very beginning when guests enters their house. In this way they will escape many embarassing moments when guests (one after another one) starts to ask for it.
