I m feeling depressed almost all the time, I ve got used to it.

well, just like you, i also feel very depressed! everyday i'm feeling depressed... because my parents like that... they won't allow me to do anything or to go anywhere i want... for example, i cannnot go to my friend's house, shopping malls, cinema and etc... even calling and sending text message is also a big problem for me... for now, i'm going to college so that's my only entertainment and also freedom... when o come back from home, i feel depressed again... now i'm on holiday because of semester break... this is really too much...

I feel very depressed at the moment.

I should feel ashamed because I have a good life and have absolutely no reason to be depressed.

Sometimes it just comes upon you for no particular reason and you just have to wait until it goes away again. Such is life!

You an i have the same situation,I maybe even worse than you!I lose my job last month,it's terrible i can't believe it!
Maybe the only thing hopeful is i am young,just graduated 5months ago.I need fing a good job for self.

more often then not i am depressed and have thought about going to the dr to get some medications for my depression. Im hessitant to do so because my husband once dated a person on medications for depression and he would refer to her as the crazy person just because she was on the medications

I do get depressed at times. It is the stress that gets to me and I get stressed by criticism from my boss. My wife also causes me stress. Depression is not too bad if you know how to get out of it in time. Cheers!!

I prefer listening to music while depression. It's the best therapy you can do and trust me it works. Yoga is also good option to relax yourself and come out of negative thoughts or depression.
