can i draw now in earn3?

I think they have now increased the payout to $5 so you may not be able to cashout now. Anyways for me they are scam (please see my comment on your previous post). So maybe you should convet your balance into ads and quit clicking there (if you are standard member). But also as they have changed their script so maybe you should also check their forum for some good news if we are lucky (as my payment is also pending there)...

you are talking about a site which will not pay standard members. the queue is there for show acting only and no payment will be made which explain why the queue move like a snail. the movement is also not about the admin making payments but rather members waiting in the queue chose to upgrade so they are taken off the queue. the admin intention is to earn your money from upgrading and has no interest in paying you. I ask for cashout more than 2 months ago and i started at queue number 5501 and now close to 3 months, the queue number is 5288 which means they moved less than 230 in close to 3 months which is about 2-3 members per day. yout queue number is easily more than 10000+ cos someone i knew is already in 9000+ when he asked for cashout more than 2 weeks ago

and i tried to draw the payment this morning,i was really upste...it says,i have to be a permimu member..then i can get my payment out....
well....i think it is a scam..why i have to be a permimu member to be get paid? I worked for you got nothing now...
hmm i really am lost hope on those PTC websites...
