just got dumped last night

Being dumped and hearing those words "I don't love you anymore" is a devastating and frustrating time. I experienced that and it really hurts. But I have to be strong and move on because there are people who are depending on me. And so one good tip is to stay calm, go to God instead of vices and encourage ourselves. Yes, it may be difficult but it can be done. It's one way of becoming a strong person not only for ourselves but for others too!

Being dumped is never easy at first for anyone. I have a friend who was dumped by her boyfriend of four years, one week before she finished her last exam, last semester. She was having a hard time.

All I can really advice is to take baby steps to recover. I'm not saying that it'll be easy to get over. But eventually you will get over it. Just take it one baby step at a time.

well... very sorry what about happend and what i am hearing. being dump is very hard especially in a long relationship (4 years, long). just hang in there and do what you like to do and try to forget everything. now, because it is a long term realationship, they might be a chance for you and your boyfriend/fiance/husband get back together; might have to work on it. again sorry what happend to you and good luck. happy holiday!
