Gift Cards  

I had forgotten, the really nice neighbor I have that I take their dog out while they are at work because he is getting old and needs to go out more often, had given me a $50.00 gift card..when I brought it home, it was a Marsh/Lo Bob's gift card..There is no Lo Bob's in my area, but I knew that they had one in the next town..Problem is, it has been so long since I been there, that when I got there, they turned it into a Marsh..

I was so angry, because for one, I could have gone to the Marsh in my area and for two, Marsh is the snotty store I discussed a couple months ago and how I hate going there and for three, Lo Bob's had great deals and better prices, I was going to do some stocking up too..

So tonight, seeing that we needed to get some different dog food because the food we are feeding our dog is not good and some other groceries we needed, I thought I would go..Fortunately the really snotty people that are usually there didn't work this evening, but the store still has that atmosphere of "not being a welcome to our store". We got through it, and I really appreciate the gift, but I don't like that feeling of having to go somewhere because that is where the card is accepted..
