I'm pretty sure that is eleven cents. I don't know why but some paid to click/read etc sites pay you fractions of pennies. From what I've heard that site isn't so hot. Try snapdollars.com. the pay out is a lot larger than a dollar, but you get like, 10C emails and free lotto tickets etc. My mom won a $150 futureshop card. Hits4pay and clixsense are okay too.

They pay out at $0.25 and when your request pay out of that much or more it is paid within a few short days. It doesn't seem like a lot but then it is nice to watch your money add up in PayPal. At least she pays you. That is more than I can say for many of the others.

that is 11 cents. the reasons they do that on some sites, is that some ptc sites pays you less then one cent. for example 0.005 (is half of one cent). happy new year and hopefully this help.
