Its not that resolutions must be taken up only on the birth of another year: one thing.. its tough to carry on with it for 1 full year... also v must wait for one more year to take up another....if thats the case then there will be only few qualities added up for every single year... so.. take up resolutions every second... simple to keep up the needs to satisfy it..
