Is Red Wine Good For You

Call me the most non-romantic person but I never found the much talked about veritas in vino,red,white or any kind! Most times it's too sour or the flavor is too strong,beer or mixed drinks seem to fit me better. However,when I do drink wine I can stand the cheap sweet sorts,boo on me!
I havse several friends who drink wine and they say that Yellow Tail is not bad for being relatively cheap,I'll have to take their word for it.

I got eight (8) in my faves list for red wine; Syrah (or Shiraz), Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Malbec, Pinot noir, Zinfandel & Barbera. From the list, my first choice is for 'Pinot noir'. Any food or drink in this world if we take it moderately, it will just fine but not in excessive quantity. Although it falls on our faves choice. Moderate consumption.

My favourite reds are young ones, (not more than one year in wood plus one or two in a bottle) pure red garnacha (carignena) or mix of that and tempranillo varieties. By the way you can find that in any English wine shop. Look for wines from the south of France, Cariñena and Campo de Borja to find that.

Spetialist say that a one red wine in a day is very healthy, becouse revent hard attack any way they say that wine is not a drink, is food, becouse have so many vitamins and minerals but just one glass in a day . for low pression of blood is very good too, doctors say this. but not to much. of course is very good if we make red wine in house, not buy, becouse we know to make it withaut water or sugar.

I feel Drinking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. to make a great change in life..I dont drink but i helped my friends and few of them quit addiction to drinks
