| | | | | | | | 11.  newzealtralian (2687) | 9 months ago |  If I have already gone to bed and get up in the middle of the night, then I'm not going to have a snack at all, though a glass of water might be in order.
If it is before bed time, then a snack is always possible. These days, it is a healthy one, but a few months ago, it was cakes or desserts. The healthier foods are just as yummy, and my husband says he reckons he is already losing weight just by changing what we snack on. It helps that I'm the one in control of that side of the diet and not him any more.
