| | First you must be sure that you have done in High School those subjects that help pursuing an Engineering career. That is you must have done some senior High School Physics and Higher Mathematics. Ask yourself if you liked your Math. How were your scores? If they had been good then you can take the rigors of an engineering curriculum. To find what suits you you must look at what you liked in Physics. If you liked Electricity & Magnetism, you must do Electrical Engg. If you liked Atomic Physics you must do Electronic and Communication Engg. If your interests were the Mechanics portion og physics then you would make a good mechanical Engineer. I ammaking suggestions in this way because I am taking it that you are still open. If you want to be an Engineer for the money, pelf and prestige and have some artistic talent you could choose Architecture or Civil Engg for that is a High Devpt area. If you ask me I would advice you to choose a branch you like or love. Job prospects are difficult to predict. A good engineer will be picked up just like that. | | | | | | |

| | I do not know about China esp. for Engineering Studies, but I am Australia is a good option if you can afford it. This I am not saying because of language problem alone. I think China is also offering courses only in English!?! | | | |
