After you break up a relation, you never say hi again?   

theres not a simple answer for everyone when it comes to this question,lol.

I usually have a hard time with doing that. Well actually, I do if the relationship had been a serious, and very special one. The memories of what had been, and even what could have been, tend to become too much for me.

Hello martianwomen! I never tried to broke up to a relationship because my husband is my first boyfriend. I think it still depends on how the relationshipe ended. There are some break - ups that are really hard to forget that it's hard to make friends with your ex but their are break up that ended up good and that you mutually decided to be apart.

Normally No for me if its over its over., If he will say Hi ok then i will say hello... But u know sometimes it depends on how your break up end..

yup. there is still hi and hello if the break up is in good terms.

Hi martianwomen,After a relation is ending, my opinion is say hi meet few minutes.Why because relation is breaking means not same our opinions, it's unnessary.what relation ending like love, friend, and soon.any relation is ending, some in between a few minutes.I can't agree cut off all.

I have had a few relationships over the years. I used to say that you could remain friendship afterwords but now don't feel that way. Most of my relationships ended without talking at all. The few that did the first little while were just trying to get back with me. If I had desire to contact them on a birthday or something it was because I wanted to get back with them. But then I had this one break up that about a year later we started talking as friends again. I thought that it was cool but I had no interest in dating again. Well we were friends for many years until he got a girlfriend. Then he never spoke to me again. So I now think that he only remained friends in the hope that we could get back together. But when someone else would date him he gave up. We were really close too and always called when good and bad events happened in our lives. But I heard through the grapevine that he is now married with a new baby daughter and his gramma (who I knew well) past away all in three months and he never contacted me at all.

So maybe some other people can have friendships after dating but in my experiences the only reason people are still talking is because one of the people in the relation still want to get back together.

Oh well martian that depends how was my relationship with him then.. you know, if the broke up has been so much hurt or let say not one of you not agree the decision it could be so painful to a ones partner, but if the decision is both agreed, the ending of the relationship is still healthy you can still be friends in a right time, sure it would be hurt for both of you, but you know deep in your heart that its the best solution...:)

I still like to communicate with my ex's.

What's over is over. If I've left a friendship or any relationship, it's over!
