 Hi friends, My relation taking sleeping pills for sleeping entire night, but he had don't taken sleeping pills don't sleep even 2 are 3 hours don't sleep without sleeping pills.that's way sleeping tablets is one type of dregs.I think which person is taken slipping pills that person is goes to dregs editor.
Sleeping pills are best are not?

If one need pills to sleep for longer periods at a time sleeping pills may not give much help either. Some antihistamines have as a side effect that one gets very drowsy. they may be a good help. They are not addictive either. Melatonin is another way to go. there are also many good things that help that are not medications: changing routines, relaxation techniques, acupuncture

Long term studies on the effect of sleeping pills do not show encouraging effects. One major conclusion for all such studies is that insomniancs are better off without sleeping pills than they are with them. In fact one study even showed that chronic use of sleeping pills is as deadly as smoking cigarettes!!!
So why take a risk anyways?
