No personal challenge badge for me last week:-(  | |  Geeze Louise! That stupid 2003 Queen of Spades badge just killed me! I finally just gave up last night after dozing off a few times while trying to get this stupid badge. Ugh!! To get this badge, you have to win 30 games of 100-point Hearts. I would play against the tin-man because at least I kinda know what they're going to do and if I even have a shot. When I would let other people play, I didn't do too well since I'm not exactly the best Hearts player there is - although now I'm MUCH better!!!
The biggest problem for me was that it took so LOOOONNNGGG to just PLAY a game, and it I didn't win it then it was a total waste of time. I'd say each game took about half an hour without multi-tasking. So, if I won every game, that's still 15 hours to get this badge. When I sat down at the computer last night at 8:30pm I needed to win 9 more games - that shoulda taken me 5 hours or 1:30am. At 11:30, after having dozed off I don't know how many times, I lost a game and still needed 4 more wins. Well, I did the math and there was no way I was going to be able to stay awake long enough to (hopefully) win the next 4 games and I just went to bed.
So, how do you make this game move quickly? I find that not only do I win less when I play real people, but they take FOREVER to play. I know it's going to be a couple weeks before I can try the badge again (I don't remember how long they make you wait to take another shot at it), but I'd like to be ready for this one so I can get it done. Any help you all have would be greatly appreciated!

When I come across a game like that I find someone to help me. I do like to play most games with the comp but on certain games you can find people who will play to help you win even though it means they lose. I have also found people who are going after the same badge as me and we help each other.

As for making the game go faster, I don't know. LOL...I can't remember what I did to get that badge. It may have just been a buckle down and get it done kind of thing. I always play against the computer because I know it's quick. Just like you said, people can take forever so I try to avoid that unless I absolutely have to play against someone for a challenge.
