Superman versus Spiderman, who would win?

Interesting and I too think Superman will win even though my favorite is actually Spiderman. Why? I feel that Superman cannot be defeated by anyone due to his superpower and the only way someone can defeat him, as far as I know, is by using kryptonite - the green emerald like thing.

lol=D This is interesting.. Though superman is a man of justice and righteous, but spiderman is one too.. hehe^_^ I will say spiderman wins because he's much more agile as compared to superman.. What superman has is only strength and the ability to fly.. BUt once he's taken off of that, he's useless.. haha

BUt spiderman, be it with his web or not, his agility and ability to adapt to surroundings is still strong.. Thus, my vote goes to spiderman.. lol=D

First of all, I would like to say that my vote will go to Spiderman. On the other hand, I cannot say that Superman isn't a good superhero. In fact, he's one of the best. He has the strength, and the will, to save people and will give his all to do that. Spiderman has that very same drive and powers, though they are on a different level. The different between them, in my eyes, is that Spiderman is a person that I can find a deeper connection to on a human level.

My love for Spiderman isn't because he has cool powers, he's strong, flexible, and is funny. He doesn't have laser or x-ray vision, he can't fly, and he certainly can't leap clear over a building without using up a lot of webbing; he got the tar beat out of him in a fight against Juggernaut; and sometimes his jokes are so bad that I just end up laughing at the fact that he bothered to say them at all.

I love Spiderman because no matter how hard he's hit he'll get right back, and compared to Super-man I'm sure he takes a lot more damage.

This this is an interesting discussion to respond. We have always brought up superheros together fighting against evil. Never thought of superheros fighting against each other. Personally speaking about my favourite superhero, it is Spiderman. Superman according to me is good superhero but not so favourite. But he has a great power and strength. Being a fan of spiderman i should say that spiderman will bring out some way to defeta him, but actually he will not be able to do so. Ultimately superman will win. But still there are chances that superman might loose, KRYPTONITE. His weak point.

It must be SuperMan. He is the prototype of the American Heros, or even Heros on the Earth. I am keen on superman for years. That's it.

I think Superman would win for one reason in particular. If a grown man can appear in public wearing red underwear outside his tights, he can certainly brave any challenge put in front of him. I can't imagine how many bullies he had to beat up just to go out in public.

It is blatant that Superman would win simply because his weakness is kryptonite. Who would I WANT to win? Spiderman, just because he is vastly superior on the awsomeness scale. Superman is just the idealized super-man. Everyone wants to fly. I just think Spiderman's story is better, in general. This is off topic, sorry. What can I say. Its not a fair match-up.

Superman would win, there is no doubt. Unless of course Spiderman founght dirty and pulled out some kryptonite. But really Spiderman has a web. Superman could simply burn through it with his heat vision. Spiderman is fast and agile, but Superman is faster than a speeding bullet. And whereas Spiderman can swing around on his web, Superman can FLY! Come on guys, no contest. But I would hope these 2 could find a better way to settling their differences, lol.

if superman fights spiderman, superman is the sure winner. this is because, spiderman is a regular human being who got his extraordinary talent when he was accidentally bitten by a radioactive beneficiary spider. whereas, superman is not a human being in the first place. he has come from a race which is far stronger and with a lot of extraordinary powers right from the very roots of his ancestry.

what i am trying to pinpoint here is the fact that there is no point of comparison between the two of them if we are to take into consideration the powers that the two of them happen to possess.
