Any recipe with brochooli?

brocolli is not very common here.instead of that,we take cauliflower i just stir fry it using spices and tomato puree.

The only way I can eat broccoli or string beans is with olive oil and garlic, otherwise I wont eat it.

Stir Fry Broccoli with Mushroom & Carrot

Dice the broccolli into your favourite size
Button Mushroom (canned) or Black Mushroom
Carrot (you can cut it longish or round)

Put a bit of oil
Stir fry onion + Ginger + Garlic + Red Chilli until the onion is golden brown
Add in the carrot and mushroom and stir fry ... dont let it burn add a bit of water

in another pot boil water ... once boiled, close the fire and put in the broccoli, after 3 minutes, put in icy cold water (this is to remain the colours)

To the stir fried items, add a bit of salt to taste and off the fire ....

Now add in the broccoli into this stil hot vegetables and stir them well

.... here you go .. it will be almost like chinese style ...
