 How much does mylot pay for starting a new discussion here. I know mylot pays .01 cent for a response to a discussion, but don't know how much mylot pays for starting a new discussion. Does anyone have any ideas about it?

1.  sisco100 (1386) | 11 months ago |  sorry to tell you that the only person that knows that is the owner of mylot. there really isn't a set amount that you get. it really depends on how much you write and your spelling. they don't even pay .01 for responses. when i fist joined this site that's what i thought because it was on a web site, so it did the math and figure that i make 100 responses then i would have a dollar but that wasn't the case. I've posted one response one time and make .46 cents off of it, so its hard to say what they pay for anything. so the best thing is not to worry about how much your going to make, but more on the quality of the discussion your going to post.

I admit, when I first joined Mylot I did it for the money, and after over a year, I've only made 50 cents. I found a topic today that said for every 4 lines you write, you earn a penny, and I think it's set up that way so people focus more on the discussion and less on the whole "If I write one word, I'll earn money" stuff. I'm the type to enjoy a good discussion anyway, so that's not a problem for me at all.^^
