do you feel excited for your birthday when the year changes?

i love my birthday. its my special holiday. i eat chocolate all day and try to spend it with family and friends. i usually have a drink or two but its one of the only times i drink so one or two makes sure i am smiling all day long. lol

No, I don't think it's exciting any more. As right now I have my child and I think I pay attention to him much more than myself. My birthday is no longer important any more. My friends all have their own families and we don't see each other so often. So I just expect my husband to give me some surprise and that's all:)

i dont get excited over birthdays anymore since im over 21.. theres nothing to really look forward to since at least with 15 it was getting drivers permit, 16 was getting drivers license, 18 to be an adult, 19 to get into bars (some), 21 to drink.. then nothing.. except for maybe 25 (depending on if you can get a discount on car insurance at that age) there is 30,40, 50,60,65 etc
