 I just finished the new achievement diary for Runescape. I must say Jagex didn't let me down on this one. The reward was a crown/headband that matches the rest of the achievement items well. You also get 120 flax picked for you every day, faster speed when spinning that flax on the seers spinning wheel, extra xp from cutting maples, an occasional extra log when cutting the normal trees & an upgrade to Excalibur.
That gives us most of an achievement set. All we need now is legs, a cape & an amulet.
Have you completed the diaries yet? What do you think of them? Where do you think the next ones will be?

Wow, that is an awesome reward. I would go crazy, just from the flax/spinning reward you are right, they didn't let us down that time. If I had to take a guess, the next one will be either Ardogunue, or Taverly. Taverly has a lot of good items ( monsters and other items) and Ardogunue is just a big city with a castle and all so it would make sense. I have only done the lumbridge diary( being nonmember and all).

| uath13 (3741) | 11 months ago | The gnome village & stronghold would make a good one. Castlewars wouldn't. It's just got a minigame in the area & you already get rewards from it. If anything it would be included in the Yanille diary. Something like "play a match of castlewars" would fit in that one nicely. | |

| 5. Toony182 (259) | 11 months ago |  Yeah, I really liked it. I liked the ranging guild ones, as I haven't gone in there since I first became a member XD And also the coal carts was ok, as I've actually never used those before:| Mining guild is just so much easier.
The rewards are ok I guess. I already have 99 wc, so extra experience from maples and an extra normal log doesn't help me much (I never cut maples anyway).
Free flax is good, though I'll probably never take the time to head over there to get my flax from Geof-er-Flax. lol.
I haven't upgraded my excalibur yet either - is it worth it though?
