Where were you when Obama was being sworn into office?

I was at home watching it on the big screen! I am currently a stay-at-home mom until I get a job, so I had the pleasure of not having to go to work and being able to see Obama sworn in and his speech. I must say I had tears during the ceremony because I was so moved! I'm sure the "Where were you when 9/11 happened?" question will be replaced with "Where were you when Obama was sworn into office?"

I'm so excited!

Well I was tootling around the old farmhouse kitchen, when WW2 was declared in 1939. This was indeed a fateful day, because, at 6 years of age, I vividly remember the vaporous dread that hung over that kitchen, when the Radio Broadcast brought the News,"Canada Has declared War on Germany.
"When 9-11 happened I was cleaning out the garage.
But yesterday when Barack Obama was inaugurated as 44th President of the United States we Celebrated by leaving early for Mexico, to do some shopping. We bought some Vanilla Flavoring, and then I found a Small Statue of a Seated Mexican, Wearing a Big Sombrero, while having a Siesta.
For some reason this Statue rang a bell with me. You can't help but envy a Man, who can sleep at the Drop of a Hat, on the job, and in the middle of the day!
