things like these do happen! there's really no other way but to call her, appologize and mean it. if you can, ask her for a lunch or a dinner or a merienda together and you don't have to make mention of it anymore. i think by calling her and saying your sorry and being sincere about it, and if she's really a good friend, she would understand. but still treat her out. it doesn't have to be fancy, just the gesture, your the effort to reach out would send the signal that you are sorry. There's NO need to repeat saying you're sorry all over again. Cheers!=)

Well, the best thing you can do is to call her up and apologize.. you know, we all commit mistakes and i'm sure your friend would understand.. same thing happened to me few years back.. i've had to argue with the computer shop staff because i thought my cellphone was left there. when i came home, i found my phone inside my bag.. i've said sorry to the staff and to show how sorry i am, i gave them a box of chocolate cookies..=)

if i make a mistake to anybody, i just have to have a big heart and say sorry to the person directly... i know it is not easy and sometimes we are too proud to do that... but by saying sorry to the person that we make mistake with, we are showing the person how big our heart is and the person will respect us more as well... so i think just go to your friend directly, explain the real situation and say sorry... take care and have a nice day...
