I thought I saw a ghost!

That is so amazing. And yes I have done that before too. It is amazing how much someone can look like their mother or their father. Have a good day!

That is amazing. I only had an experience once, and it was fleeting. My grandfather had died, and I went to Florida to be at his funeral. On the way home a man looked like my grandfather from the back of is head. He was sitting in the isle seat about 4 rows up, and he looked just like him from the back. I knew it wasn't him because we had just buried him.

My experiences were not quite like that, but similar. I went to my hubby's home town one year. He was visiting in the home of his cousin, and in walked her adult daughter, and said "Uncle Butch". Well that was hubby's dad, who died twenty years ago. This summer I went to my dad's twenty fifth anniversary. A man walked in and I knew he was family, he looked so much like Dad. It was his second cousin.

I know that feeling! But, it wasn't someone I had met after a long time, it's my own son!

One of my sons looks so much like his father that it's spooky! Actually, from what I've heard, his father is dying of cancer right now (might already be dead or it was an elaborate and cruel lie to get out of the child support arrears he owes me) so it won't be long before my son gets those looks from people who think they're seeing a ghost!

It's really something, isn't it? I mean, the way some people can look exactly like one of their parents!

I've seen myself before, well, except for the hair color. THAT was a strange feeling! It was a local ad for a TV news station where one of the anchormen was walking along a city street and talking. Behind him, a woman was walking in the same direction. She looked SO MUCH like me that I started getting phone calls from friends telling me that they saw me on TV! LOL

Her hair was much blonder than mine is and a little longer but, other than that, she looked exactly like me! I guess I just have one of those faces.

I think it was so cool that he recognized you and made the effort to let you know! Otherwise, you might still be thinking you saw a ghost!

I ran into a woman at the mall once that I thought was my mother in law. I was so shocked to see her that before I could really think clearly, I blurted out "Jean! What are you doing here? You're dead!" Poor woman turned white and I thought she was going to faint...
