Kung Hei Fat Choi! Turning Chinese:-)  | |  Kung Hei Fat Choi or Happy New Lunar Year my fellow, mylotters! I hope I got the spelling right. Well, I'm not really Chinese but since Chinese people have really been a great impact in the entire world I guess it just right to celebrate with them, right? So let me share to you some Feng Shui tips I watched and heard hours ago.
*The South part of the house will be lucky this year which is the Year of the Ox, so the South door of the house should be left opened to allow luck to get inside.
*Tikoy as we call it here which is some rice bread, I'm not so sure, is said to get the family tighter/closer
*There are a bunch of lucky charms which can be use to aid in financial stuff, health, love, etc.
I'm trying to recall all I heard but I cannot remember the rest! Well, again.. Happy Chinese NEw Year everyone!

To anyone who is Chinese forgive me if there are mistakes with the things I said. I'm only sharing what I heard.

Some Chinese astrologer predicted that there will be a continuous decline in banking, real estate and economy throughout the world. He said that, The year of the OX is bad for exports especially raw materials such as forestry and paper products, mining and precious metals, even oil!
Natural disasters and destructive human activities are plentiful this year. All in all the economy in year of the OX will continue to plummet and the Chinese Astrologer, Sherman Tai, is certain that it will be a restless year for society, economy and politics. His only advice is "with perseverance and hard work, we can get through it!"
It doesn't look like a promising year but humans have all the capacity to weather any calamities in life since time immemorial! Let's cross our fingers!

I think that's the closest I can remember about the spelling
not sure about fengshui because you have to factor in the residents, whether it is only house or it is also home business, age and shape of the house etc
each door and opening in the house also have to be factored into the calculation
so it's a lot of work and can't be taken generally
