depends on the girl and the "body part" - it could be both actually.
Or in some cases, they are so proud of their body that they show!... is that true...??

i guess you are 100% right over here.i dont like those girls who show their body out without covering with their dresses,i hate of course,i like the persons who neatly dress up when coming out and that is the best description of a good girl.
i think it is just because theythink that is fashion,and they may also be proud that their body is sexy and so hot,it may be some girls even do for this i think,lol,but that is incorrect,i wish they will read this and understand they should not wear such dresses.
