Have you ever visited any places in summer vacation?

i usually to my native village in kerala during vacations .it is very rejuvenating for me to see places of nature(water falls,backwaters,mountains and valleys.)

Hi Dasari100! Yes, I do travel during summer vacations or if there is an opportunity for me to travel at any given time. I used to go to other Asian countries before and once in England but for the last three years, it has been limited now within my country of origin. It really is amazing when you get to see different places in one's country and I am glad that I still can.

When I was a kid, we used to go to New Jersey and see family every summer. One year at Christmas we went to Disney Land (not World). Then there was the year we took a road trip to Salt Lake City via the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon, and then hit Pikes Peak on the way back, stopped in Edmund Oklahoma and then 6 Flags over Texas in Arlington.

But in 1968 we went to Europe, we saw London and area, Vienna (the horses were sick,) Rome, Zurick and Paris (Paris was a big let down.)

I have not been on to may summer vacations. We have not had a lot of money to travel but we have gone on a few. We did go see the Grand Canyon last may which I loved it is in my country. The only county I have visited is Mexico and just inside the boarder of Canada out side of Washington state.
I grew up in Yosemite National Park which is a beautiful place to live. We did not need to go anywhere on vacation.
