Do you wake up later when it rains?  |

 We4 have a rainy day here, and as usually when this happens I slept a bit more in the morning. I woke up may be one hour later. If I work on the late shift, as it is this week I never set the alarm clock so I wake up when my body decides I had enough sleep. I notices this effect is particularly intense in children.

it is very cosy if you do not have important thing to deal with when it rains outside. what good time for sleeping!

| 5. uicbear (1562) | 11 months ago |  I don't know if it keeps me sleeping longer, but I have noticed that when it rains my energy level is way lower. Alot of time I will just kinda of stay sleepy if we have a rainy day, and taking a nap is a definate possibility if I can. The worst for me is when we go through a rainy/cloudy spell, where the sun doesn't shine for like a week. I will get down right cranky.
