When last time you used your mp3 player?  | |  Me, it's about at the start of the weeks. I was go in training so I love to listen music during this,so I took my mp3 player with me! Never training without music loll I find more interesting when I got my music. The beat sometimes, just make me move!

There was one point in time that I stop listening to music, when I graduated in college. I was too busy and couldn’t get an hour to listen to music because of my first work. I was so tired before and after work so I missed a couple of new songs and knew them later on.
Though I don’t carry my mp3 around as I used to before but I do give time now to listen to music to at least relax and divert my mind to something that lightens my mood.
