I know everything about movies

I bubahotep,I am lover of movies and I decided tobecome a director and applied to a film school.But one of our family friends is a established director in Tamil cinema industry,he adviced me not to come to cinema because it needs to come accross lot of obstacles,so my parents not allowed me to join cine industry.
but I have the idea of directing some documentary movies and I have enough money to produce,so where should I begin?...

you know everything bout movies, huh? Well, what if I describe a movie scene, would you be able to tell me what movie it is?
Well, I saw this movie a long time ago at the drive-in, it starts out with a kid rising up out of a river or lake or something, a boy. Up higher is a road and a school bus is coming and he gets on the school bus. I don't remember the story line of the movie, I just remember the beginning. I also remember the ending.
Theres a girl in the girls' bathroom and a guy walks in wearing a clown mask, and he kills her, then the ending of the movie. Which ends with the school bus dropping the same boy off at the lake. It ends with him walking into the water with one of his hands raised up in the air, he goes back into the water. What movie is this?
