| Tired of seeing this ad and having to pay for the answer? I just read it in a magazine yesterday and it's really simple! Eat 2 tablespoons of MUFA foods with your meals! I've already been doing this and I had no idea it's a great way to burn body fat. MUFA's are mono unsaturated fat's and are found in nuts such as almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, walnuts, peanut butter, hazelnuts, and probably a few other nuts and seeds. Also in avocados, sunflower seed oil and olive oil. I always cook with sunflower seed oil and I use olive oil on my salads that I usually top with sunflower seeds. Do you already do the MUFA diet and didn't know it? Do you plan to incorporate these foods into your meal plans? I'd say I ate at least one serving a day with my meals but I just added it to my breakfast and plan to do this with at least 3 meals. | | Belly Fat | | | | |

| | Too much is no good, you are right. One serving of nuts is 1/4 cup. With this diet you only need 2 tablespoons with each meal. Nuts are high in calories and fat but this is the good fat that your body needs to burn the bad fat. | | | |

| | Mufa is Monuosaturated Fat. It's a good fat found in olives, olive oil, nuts, avocado, sunflower seeds, sunflower oil. If you add 2 tablespoons with each meal, I use almonds, it will burn the bad fat with this MUFA which is a good fat that the body needs. I usually ate only one meal with nuts, but yesterday I did it will all 3 meals and I lost 1 pound. I weighed myself yesterday and again this morning at the same time and I couldn't believe it. Just don't eat too much of the MUFA because there are a lot of calories in a whole serving, no more than 2 tablespoons, 3 times a day. If it doesn't go good with the meal, I will just eat the almonds before I eat the meal because it fills you up so you also eat less food. | | | |

It really does work too, I had to stop doing it because I don't want to loose more weight. I lost about 5 pounds total in only a couple days of eating this way. But I also work out a lot so I don't know if it works by just changing the diet alone, depends on how active a person is. Yes, it would suck if someone is allergic to nuts. | | | |
