yep i think i will do something nice for myself tonight. i dont really take enough time for myself. this is an area in my life that i am trying to change. tonight i will take a bath. a nice hot one with homemade bath salts.

i will use 2 cups Epsom's salt, 1/2 cup sea salt, 1 table spoon olive oil, 15 drops of lavender essential oil and maybe a few drops of rose oil on my wash cloth just before i get out. sounds so nice. if only i could skip to tonight.

what do you do to pamper yourself? the bath is my favorite way.

definately love to have a lovely long soak in the bath with loads of bubbles, it is the only pampering time i get to my self these days with such a buisy life running around after two children all of the time

I love taking long & hot baths! How amazing! :)
I usually pick out a good book, I use an at-home face mask, and soak my feet. This seems to work pretty good. :)
