aww the latte looks awesome

i havent written anything in like 4 days!! i forgot how good it felt to actually write anything and everything. so therapeutic. did anyone read this book by Kevin Trudeau, about like natural cures? its an awesome book because when Iread it, stuff makes sense and it gives me hope about being able to live a healthy, if not too long, life. I hate any type of pill or drug. If your body doesn't make it, it really shouldnt be there. Ive had negative reactions that led to more sever illness with any medicine i ever took. I dont like taking medicine. you basically unteach your body how to take care of itself. You cannot rely on medication that causes long term damage to your entire body, not to mention your mind..what do you guys think?
