I just got off a 10 hour shift. hmmm. ok...i'll just list off what I like. I will say right off...if you knew me and saw the men that I've dated, I don't remember looks ever being top priority. I have dated really hot guys and some that were not. It isn't money either cuz...I have dated both ends of the pay scale.
1. personal hygene...it is very important with me. I don't care if a guy is dressed in rags as long as he showers each day. Fresh sweat from a man that has worked hard is an aphrodisiac. just don't let it go stale.
2. Independence....very important....all across the board in every area of your life.
I don't want to be a man's life nor mine his. I wish I could draw on here. It is like two circles intertwining. one side is his life. the other side is mine. and that little segment in the middle is us. Draw it out on paper and you'll see what I mean.
3. Desire to work unless independently wealthy. I don't expect a man to support me or my children....never have. heck their own dad's didn't support them most of the time. I don't mind helping out but won't support a guy. Can't be with a guy that can't set priorities on the money he does earn. Spends all his money on lottery and beer etc and then bums off from friends to survive....big turn off!
4. This should probably have been #1 but like I said, you are making me think here.
RESPECT!! treat me like a person...i am one. I look at how guys treat their mom's and exes as an indicator.
there is so much more....humour, eyes, etc. I'm 52 and my taste hasn't waivered a lot over the years.
