Is your mental age older or younger than your age?

I love to watch clouds and imagine pictures in them. I get distracted by spiders webs covered in dew and pretty lights. I think we need to keep the eyes of a child to see the beauty in the world. I wrote this poem not long ago and thought this would be a good time to share it. I Wonder I wonder where the wonder goes As we start to grow. I wonder where the wonder goes I wonder. Do you know? The wonder of a spiders web Bejewelled in the morn. The wonder of how seeds can grow Into barley, wheat and corn. Can we keep the wonder, The wonder of a child? Can we keep the joy of it? And go wondering wild. I wonder why the wind is I wonder why it's there. I wonder if the wind can Blow away our cares. I wonder where the sun goes When the moon is in the sky. Are the sun and moon friends? If not I wonder why. Isn't it wonderful The wonder of a child? Let's try and keep the joy of it And go wondering wild. Hope you like it .

At 74 years of age, I surely hope that I'm mature. At times, though, I feel more like 14. The problem with that is that when I try to act like 14, my body reminds me that I'm not that age anymore.

I think it’s older. Hehehe.. I have a sister who calls my big sister because I make decisions better – according to her. I act according to my age and more than my age when it comes to decision making. Maybe because I’m the youngest and I was the only child left at home when the rest of my siblings were working. I have nobody to deal with aside from my parents. I was (and still am) a home buddy so I always talk to my parents. They don’t talk baby stuff with me so I go along whatever they talk about.

Hey hiddenwing! I think that most people have a little bit of a child in them! I like playing around in the snow if that counts! I can't say that I play with toys because I don't have any, but if I did I would have no problem playing with them!

Hey there hiddenwing I would say that I am a bit of both really. Sometimes if I get the opportunity to go out with friends I cry off because it is cold and wet outside and I'd rather stay at home infront of the telly and warm fire!! When I take my kids swimming or to an indoor play area I can be a kid like the best of them!!

i guess my mental age is younger than my age. I like Bobby, i like go to Disney Wonderland, i like T-shirt which has lovely animal design on it..................my BF thinks i am childish.

Oh I think my mental age must be much younger than my real age and always has been, I have been told many times I should act my age, or dress my age and recently my doctor was shocked when she saw my age so I think sometimes the way you think can make you look a lot younger.
