I love flowers-I love to put them all around the house-but the cards I've gotten that have said some very womderful/heartfelt things in them are far better than those flowers.

9.  ChristinaHarris (120) | 4 years ago |  I would prefer a greeting card. Flowers are absolutely beautiful, but only last a few days. I have a birthday card on my desk from my husband from 2 years ago...can't do that with flowers. Not that this was an option, but I would also take a plant/bamboo. I haven't killed any yet. Then I can keep that in a special place with my greeting card and remember the love that was put into my special gift!
