should i pay extra fee for replacing the bad battery on amazon?  | |  The battery I bought from amazon cannot work now.It only last ten months.But the seller said it covers with full one year warranty when i bought it.I asked the seller for a new replacement or a full refund.he didn't do it.and asked me to pay for extra fees for replacement.or he will not arrange a full refund to me.is it reasonable?What should i do for this?
