Obama Supporters Running Commericals Blast GOP Cause They Protest Obama $$ Bill  email this discussion to a friend?

Beginning to look like Barack Obama is still the Chicago Organizer/campaigner,doing his dirty work for him is his left wing supporters, they are running nasty commercials against the GOP because they have been fighting Obama,Nancy Polose,Harry Reid about speeding one trillion dollars and stealing our children and grand children futures.

I thought the president of the United States sit down and hammered out a bill like a man, guess that was the old day's,we now have the Chicago community organizer, what is Obama going to do when world leaders tell him NO!!!

(Read Full Story @ World Net Daily)

President Obama’s allies on the left, AFSCME and the labor-backed Americans United for Change, are ramping up with a massive advertising blitz containing the most direct and hard-hitting attack yet on specific GOP leaders, demanding that they get behind the recovery package and stop saying “No.”

White House aides were told in advance what the concept of the ads would be, though they were briefed while the ad was in production, according to a Democrat familiar with the discussions. The ad, which is running nationally on cable, goes considerably farther than Obama and the White House has in directly calling out Republican leaders, flashing images of GOP Reps John Boehner and Eric Cantor, and Senator Mitch McConnell.

The ad — which is accompanied by a big targeted radio ad blitz hitting 18 GOP House members and three Senators opposing the plan — is a sign that Obama and his advisers won’t try to get in the way as allied groups play hardball with the Republicans in the final stretch of the stimulus fight, even as the Obama administration hits GOPers blocking the plan somewhat less directly or aggressively.

The TV spot — which will run at least from today to Friday — hits the Republican leadership three times.

“Republican leaders? They’re just saying No. No to changing the failed economic policies of the past eight years,” the ad intones. “We’re in an economic crisis, and Republican leaders are playing politics instead of doing what’s right. Call the Republican leadership. Tell them no is not an option.

I think this is the first either party put out any commercial like this, so much for bipartisanship. When Obama and some democrats talk about this bill they remind me of a high pressure salesman urging me by now before its too late. The decision to spend one trillion dollars that America does not have should take a while and not be like an impulse buy while shopping. The stimulus is another failed economic idea, full of pork.

Obama is like a little boy who needs to get his way or else. I wonder who really wears that pants in his family. He also has his very own clique. He gives postions to people who will do what he says. Oppostion makes him angry. He surely has that dictator personality. I am very interested in seeing how he does with the internationals.

Three posters out of four at this discussion alone is not in favor of Barack Obama,he has never been made to be a man,he get's what he want's if he has to lie and then steal it,for crying out loud just look at the millions he stole in Illinois with his corrupted political pal Tony Rezko, they rip millions off in tax payer's money, the run down tenant buildings was never upgraded and one winter the poor old low income black folk's had no heat from Dec-Feb and froze half to death because Tony Rezko failed to pay the heating bills which was part of the money deal as he upgraded these low income apartments in Senator Barack Obama's direct in Illinois(Source of info Tony Rezko/Barack Obama U-Tube news videos)

In this spending bill the republicans are fighting tooth and nail for some tax relief for the hard working American tax payers the Democrats want the tax payer's money so they can steal from us to give Acorn 5.2 billion dollar,Hollywood 245 millions dollars,200 million to sod the Washington mall, and the stealing list is 800 page's long.
Obama supporter's don't give a S*** this administration is stealing the children of two generations away, they all should be hung.

Obama and his bunch is taking our country back to the welfare hand out day's and it is a awful sin called (STEALING & LYING) and their is a place in hell for them all.

Thank you for your responds to this discussion.

Rose, you've said yourself you never paid attention to politics until that last year or so therefore I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you just think this is something new and unique. You probably really don't remember the old "Harry and Louise" ads from 1993 paid for by the insurance industry or the many ads comparing various Democrats with Saddam Hussein and/or Osama Bin Laden. I can't see a thing wrong with that ad. Exactly what is untrue about it - are they NOT just saying "NO" to changing the failed economic policies of the past 8 years? I mean, are they NOT pushing for nothing but more tax cuts? Are we NOT in an economic crisis? Don't even TRY to say they're not playing politics!

The one thing I'm sure must be killing you, Rose, is that President Obama has the people of this country behind him and that the Republican members of Congress are on the very bottom according to the latest Gallop Poll.

Annie,
Campaign adds are one thing,Obama going to his supporters telling them lies about what is in this democrat spending bill is a horse of another color,he said in Florida there is no pork in this democrat spending bill, to save the arm long list of pork spending I will only point out 5.2 billion dollars to Acorn which is as we speak under a democrat voter fraud investigation all across the United States.

You never linked how popular Obama is in regard to this one trillion dollar spending bill,it is my understanding from the Rasmussen reports and other dependable accounting as a nation the people are against this one trillion dollar spending bill.

This spending bill will be a awfully sad failure and disappointment,it can not bring jobs or create jobs at least for American citizens,we are returning to the 1990's a welfare country what kind of change it that, the American people will be lift hanging just like the poor low income people in Chicago was left hanging after Obama and Tony Rezko 'stole millions in tax payer's grant money' while they moved in to mansions costing over one million dollars each,(source of info Chicago Sun Times/Chicago Tribune newspapers,ABC news/Illinois FBI investigation.

Bottom line once a thief always a thief and never can be trusted with other peoples money.

Regards,
Rose

Support for Stimulus Package Falls to 37%

Support for the economic recovery plan working its way through Congress has fallen again this week. For the first time, a plurality of voters nationwide oppose the $800-billion-plus plan.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 37% favor the legislation, 43% are opposed, and 20% are not sure.

Two weeks ago, 45% supported the plan. Last week, 42% supported it.

Opposition has grown from 34% two weeks ago to 39% last week and 43% today.

Sixty-four percent (64%) of Democrats still support the plan. That figure is down from 74% a week ago. Just 13% of Republicans and 27% of those not affiliated with either major party agree.

Seventy-two percent (72%) of Republicans oppose the plan along with 50% of unaffiliated voters and 16% of Democrats.

Related survey data shows that half the nation’s voters say the plan that finally emerges from Congress may end up doing more harm than good.

Annie,
Today's Rasmussen report indicates the nation as a whole is not in favor of this democrat spending bill.

To many people have not a clue as to what is in this bill to begin with so to me poll don't mean a great deal.

Rose

President Obama's prime-time press conference and his campaign-style events this week have boosted support for the economic recovery plan working its way through Congress.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 44% of U.S. voters now support the plan while 40% are opposed. A week ago, just 37% favored the legislation, and 43% were opposed.

Rose, thanks for replying to my response...and replying...and replying...lol! I don't have time to go through them line by line and I'm not going to get into a big debate about polls because we can always find a poll that supports our opinion, there are so many of them available these days. I linked to the most recent poll by the best known polling company, Gallop.

Here's the short version of my comments regarding the rest of your replies -

ACORN is not getting $5.2 billion all to themselves. They may or may not get a portion of it, if that particular item ends up in the finished product.

It's DEMOCRATIC not "Democrat" when it's being used as an adjective!

Returning to the 1990's would be a BAD thing???

It's not a "trillion" dollar stimulus bill. Actually, NO bill has been passed or signed into law as of this moment.

Have a great day!
Annie

Annie,

with interest it will be one trillion or very close to it,no matter it will take the next two generations to pay for it.

It is not a stimulus bill but a spending bill and a lot of things will not kick in until 2011-12-13-14-15-16 so much for stimulus any time in the near future.

Taking Obama at his word the present spending/stimulus bill is online,RIGHT? expected it would beings Obama has said his presidency would be the most transparent in our history and Obama is a man of his word,RIGHT?

Annie do you have the link to the present bill? I want to read all that I can so I will be an informed American citizen, far as polls it seems rather ignorant voting for or agianst the bill if peope have not even read the first page of the 800 pages,RIGHT?

Maybe the Republicans should have their own ad saying, "The Democrats have enough votes to pass the stimulus bill, so why do they need us on board? Could it be because they know as well as we that this isn't a stimulus bill but more of their pork and they need a scapegoat if it doesn't work? Tell the people what's in the bill and let them decide for themselves." I hope the republicans will hold their ground and not give in to pressure from the other side. George H. W. Bush give in to the Democrats and it cost him the Presidency. What do you think would happen to the Republicans if they side with the Democrats on this stimulus bill and it flops. The Democrats will try to put all the blame on the Republicans and they'll have the mainstream media to back them up. Never trust the Democrats. They don't have your best interest at heart.
