I myLot or now I singsnap. The singing really lifts my spirits. Sometimes I'll take a soak in the tub. I like it when I can get my man to go for a walk with us.

I get a minimum of 5 hours of me time a week that I use to go work out. Now that all my ridiculous testing is over I can finally start going back to my exercise classes.

Other than that it feels like I have to lock myself in the bathroom just to make a phone call. My kids don't know the meaning of personal space.

I wait till the house is quiet. I make a cup of tea. I curl up with a blanket over my lap. And I read. I read anything for just an hour or so. I drink my tea and listen to nothing but the night or early morning. I sometimes snack on cheese or grapes.

I'm big on simple moments and that is one of my favorite times to just myself.

"me time"is usually once in a month .i go to beauty parlour abd do all sorts of treatments.my hubby ofcourse says,theres no need to go to the parlour(my foot,hes afraid i will squander the money)

Hi pikefish i lost my job about six months ago so I have a lot of ME time. I dont pamper myself but I do have plenty of time to if I wanted. I just live the normal life and I thank the good lord every day my husband still has his job.

The time which is only for me is my weekly holiday.In holiday I listen music for almost an hour,go out side the city.In some holiday I go to my friend or relative's house.In some holidays with my wife I go to shopping mall.That's the time of myself

I myself, like to take a walk around the mall, or read a nice book, or watch a craft show on T.V. there are so many things I like to do for "me time" I love to sit outside and be with my dogs, as well as create some neat crafty projects, like jewelry or an angel to give to someone. or just spend a few hours relaxing listening to my C.D. player, or sitting in our massage chair and getting a back massage. so lots of things I love to do for "me time"

I don't do enough "me time". I joke every night that I'm on "Karen time" once the boys are in bed. But that's not entirely true. I'm often doing things around the house to get stuff ready for the next day. Or just playing some mindless online games to pass the time. Not really making much out of my "me time", because I'm too tired.

The same goes for during my days. Although that is starting to change, as this is the year of Karen. I'd signed up for an art class, but sadly, it was canceled b/c of lack of enrollment. Sigh! Maybe in the next season I'll try again? And I'm slowly getting my schtuff together (finances, physical wellness, mental health, etc), all for improving me.

In the meantime, the majority of my "me time" is spent online talking to friends and socializing that way. I also have my morning coffees with a good friend and neighbour, which I enjoy greatly.

I wish I had the time for me, I'd never really thought about it until I read your discussion which made me think do I? and no I don't.

"me time" is the time I am on the computer doing what I want. And connecting with friends. That is what I consider me time. And if not able to get on the computer then maybe taking the time to read a good book.
