How many have a large, large dog, that stays in doors?  

I've got a Chesapeake Bay Retriever who's about 135-140 pounds. He is an inside dog, I hate leaving them out by themselves. I also have a Boxer but he's very small for the breed, only about 45 pounds. But both of my boys are inside dogs, they only go out to go to the bathroom or to play when I go with them. Smaller dogs are easier and make much less of a mess, but I love the big guys.

we have a lurcher and a Scottish Deerhound.

in the past we've had greyhounds, a German Shepherd and a Great Dane.

all have been indoor dogs.

what's the point having a dog that doesn't live in your home with you?

why make a family member sleep outside?

it's just not right.

I have a big boy, 110 pounds of all baby. He is a Shar-Pei and Boxer mix. I am sure the little ones are easier to deal with, but I have always been a fan of big dogs. He is an inside dog with a dogie door to go as he pleases.

Mine is a Great Dane / Boxer mix. He's short hair so he's definately an inside dog. Since I'm an empty nester now, I have plenty of room for him although he has a tendency to follow me where ever I go through the house and get right in my way
