do you still watch videos?

I still have a TV/Video combi in my bedroom that works so I have been going to the local charity shop, buying videos of films I always meant to watch but never did at 10pence each. I watch them, take them to my mum's for her to watch them and then give them back to the charity shop. A way cheaper option than renting them!! this week I've watched Howards End & Erin Brockovich and I've just bought another half dozen. Perfect for the times I come home from a late shift wide awake. I can watch them from my bed and if I fall asleep half way through it doesnt matter

We still have one in the basement that works. I have a lot of exercise videos and sometimes I will go down there and do one of them. We don't have cable or anything down there. So the TV down there only plays games and videos. So if we are ever under tornado warnings and have to go in the basement we will usually watch a video down there. I kept a few movies, and we also have a lot of home movies on VHA sometimes we will watch those. That is if we don't lose electricity.
I have exercise videos but there's only just enough room to walk round 2 sides of the bed ....

That's a very good idea. We still have a video player, but I don't know what we'll do when it goes wrong, because I bet it's going to be difficult to get it repaired - it's so old.

I watch useful videos and most of the time regarding for books,research videos so that it will be very useful and i most of the time spend for time to watch spiritual videos.

By watching the videos we can know many things and i like to prefer most of the time and now also i am going turn to see spiritual and my Guru videos on you tube, it is really good to watch in all the time my friend.

That is renting the video, isn't it? You are taking videos from a charity shop and then returning it. Do you not pay for these movies?
I have my pc with me and I watch movies on it only. When ever I buy or rent movies i play it on Power DVD on my pc and enjoy it. I don't own a DVD player meant for TV.

In my case, I guess its like renting though, once I pay for them, I'm under no obligation to return them. People donate these videos for the charity shop to sell. They are currently selling them for 10 pence each since they have so many now that fewer people own VCRs. We choose to donate them back again once we've watched them.

I still have a VCR too.
I use it to tape shows that I can't watch because they come on to late.
I'm not all into this New Technology I like my VCR.

I still watch videos.I have several videos that I have to watch later.thanks to my laptop and Ipod,I have several videos saved in my hard drives that I can watch anytime I want to.I have lots of movies,music videos,and fashion show videos that I have to watch later.

As opposed to DVDs? We watch both, though it's mostly DVDs now. But we have quite a lot of videos that we purchased that are slowly deteriorating. I had started to go through them to weed out the ones that are bad, but certain people put my "good", "bad" and "iffy" stacks all together and Now I just can't make myself go back and start over...

Whenever I get the chance I still watch videos. I watch them on my square TV. I still have tapes of Movies that I replaced on widescreen DVD. I especially like comparing them. Watching a Pan and Scan video of one movie and then watching that same movie on digitally mastered DVD. The extra picture information and sharper picture gets me everytime.
