I came across a really awesome meal plan online that was used by the biggest losers. Or at least a few of them, there is a cost invovled but hey it is worth it. Did you see where you can get a fitness plan with jillian too? I thought that was cool but I don't have the extra money to pay for it. It's not much considering she is a professional trainer, but it's money I don't have
