did u like to read a book related to history of world

I am very interested in the history of the world and in school I was at the top of my class in that subject. I also liked my teacher and how he taught. I also enjoyed the sciences, chemistry, biology.

So since it is a required subject, try to change your attitude towards it so that you can pass and move on with life, choosing things that are of more interest to you.

About two months ago I read from cover to cover the HIstory of the World by H.G. Wells. I realized that he, before writing science fiction that he was really a historian! It was a very intersesting book, I really reccomend it. Except, that his bias shows through that he was an anti-semite. But if you overlook that, the history was quite informative!

Yeah, history of world is very interesting. I like to read about mystery places such as pyramid, Stonehenge and so on. I also learn about WW1 and WW2.

I lve history.. and i love to read the history books related to the my country India and the History fo world also.. I was realt interested in this subject even i was in my school.. I read the subjest befire the teacher read it.. hehe Because i was very exited about the past of the world and india.. and now also i am interested in the history and alsi like to watch the movies history based..

I am basically an Engineer but I love History.And World History at that. Those who do not know history live to repent that. History is the shortest introduction to the psychology at work when countries or nations are taken as whole units, in trying to understand the business of their interactions. I am surprised that you dislike it. I do understand if are not in great love of it. Take it like a story- if you like fiction you can like history. One could take an enlightened view of History as a special kind of fiction or as one can say fiction peppered with some seeming reality!

I love History. I like to read them. But I have my preference for which sphere of History interests me. It's just too big and so I have to limit myself. I also read History of Science... on how Science has developed and how universities developed. And how ancient people debate over different scientific findings.

Last fall, I had a lot of time on my hands, so I read the History of the World by H.G. Wells. Its an old book,but still is in one piece. He was a bit of an anti-Semite, but the rest of the book was very well written, and informative. He did miss the Boxer Rebellion in China though. It's a good read.
