do you switch off your light when not in use? |
|
put off your energy usage in the workplace by ensuring all unnecessary lighting is switched off and it is done with all forms starts from grass root level.
Encourage colleagues to ensure that lights are switched off in offices, meeting rooms, staff rest rooms and other areas when they are not in use.
Why not add signs underneath light switches in meeting rooms and staff areas reminding people to have this sense to be cultivated with all issues than to have wonderful time to decide things with all issues than to switch the lights off when not in use.
For a more technical solution, talk to your boss about installing occupancy sensors which will automatically detect when areas are not in use and switch the lights off automatically. Other ways to save energy at work was definitively been fine with all issues than that of anything with all issues and they are absolutely been fine with all things in their life and it is all been done with all issues and switch off whenever it is of no use.
Turn your PC and monitor off properly when not in use. However life is not something to be done with all issues and they are very normally been fine with all issues than that of anything

bamakelly (3961) | 11 months ago | It sure sounds like you are doing your best to keep this off when you can. You can't be too careful especially with the climbing electric bills. There are a lot of things that I think that people like myself don't think of. Like the television and other gadgets that aren't in use. You might as well switch it off.

When I was young,my parents taught to do like this, but they didn't tell me why, after i grown up,i know that,we do this not only for environment, for others, but also for our benefit.! In my company,my manager always say'save energy, save control" So we all have the habit of turning off light when we out or no one inside. It's good,i like it .

bamakelly (3961) | 11 months ago | That is probably good practice to do this no matter where you are just to save a little extra power. It is truly better for the environment and especially on those high power bills like I have. It is true that we might not think of these kinds of things when we are younger but as adults that have to pay the bills I understand now and I really care.

4. Lindery (807) | 11 months ago | I am trying to learn to remember to switch off lights when I am not in use of them. But it is hard because I love lightness in my apartment. Specially when I home alone I like to turn on lights as many as possible. Luckily I have a boyfriend who reminds of turning off the lights when I am not using them, otherwise we would waste lots more energy and money for electricity than we do now.

bamakelly (3961) | 11 months ago | It can take time to get into the habit of turning off lights and other appliances. It is getting easier for me to remember now that I have 500.00 electric bill. But I think that I have some drafts in my house that I need to get fixed because the heat is escaping and costing us more money. If you don't want high bills then you will remember to shut off those lights!

bamakelly (3961) | 11 months ago | It sounds like you are pretty conscientious about what you are doing and you are definitely helping to save electric and the environment not only in your home but also out in other places. I do think that cutting off a dripping tap is very helpful also. Every little bit can help!
