IT & BPO in boom or down?

I lived in dalian, China which is a beautiful city and Intel just established his 68' fab here last year.

Our presient says, dalian is the software center of the china, even the world. Here are many companies from euro or japan or corea or american.

I think they are not in boom nor down IT and BPO are stagnant unaffected no profit no loss ....but yes that no profit things is pinching them but still they can earn so that they are not in loss lol yes

i think BPO companies will have more chances to market their outsourcing services to companies right now who want to cut costs, reduce staff and give the non-core business activities to BPO companies like customer service, IT, accounts payable, purchasing, etc.

The BPO industry was affected slightly but because US companies now realized they can save more by outsourcing, the demand for the industry remained steady.
