 I enjoyed last night's episode. Finally getting somewhere. The hour went very quickly. I understand why Sun would go to find Jin but I don't understand why she would leave her child. She didn't even seem torn. Overall, it was a good episode. What do you think?

1.  1corner (241) | 10 months ago |  Hi there. I'm with you, last night's show was a blast - better than the previous one, though that wasn't too bad either. Sun left her daughter in Korea with her parents, because she initially had a mission of killing Ben. Do you remember when she told Charles Widmore her plan? It wasn't until they were all at the dock in the previous episode that she changed her mind, and decided to go with Ben and her friends on this latest jaunt to the island.
A few things I'm wondering about are the following: the Lapidus fellow. I've missed quite a few episodes last season, so I don't know who he is. Also, who is this Caesar, and what happened to all the other people on the Ajira airways plane?

| 1corner (241) | 10 months ago | By others, I didn't mean the other people on the plane were the "Others" from the island. I was worried they'd suffer the same fate as the main characters, had there been a crash. I noticed Kate's, Jack's, and Hurley's concern over them too - Jack asked Ben what'll happen to them, Kate asked if there'd been a crash, and Hurley bought 78 other seats on the plane, obviously to prevent more people from joining them.
You're right, I left out that girl Sayid was handcuffed to. Wonder what role she'll play next. | |

| 2. stealthy (2903) | 10 months ago |  What I really want to know is what happened to Aaron and why won't Kate talk about it; it obviously was what persuaded her to go back to the island. I agree it is hard to believe Sun would leave her daughter and that she would leave her in Sun's father's care. So who beat Ben up so badly? The parity of replacing Kate being a prisoner of a male law officer by Syid being in the custody of a female officer was interesting if a little hard to believe. Also, I found the shorter hair pilot Frank almost unreconizable after his earlier longer hair persona and demeanor; but he caught on quickly: "we aren't going to Guam are we" which he said to Jack. Now just what is the time period that they arrived in where Jin is in the Dharma VW van in much better condition and wearing a Dharma outfit.

| 3. 1fastcat (63) | 10 months ago |  Someone at work brought up the point that when Jack asked how Ben could read he said his mother taught him. We all know Ben's mother died at his birth. Is this just a trivial joke or is it supposed to mean something? I know it is Ben and all, but wouldn't most people say they learned in school or at least their father taught them, instead of the mother who died?
In an earlier episode this year Kate saw one of Claire's relatives in Los Angeles. Do you think she might have given Aaron to her? I forget if it was the aunt or who it was.

Remember the dream Kate had and in it Claire warns her to never bring Aaron back to the island?? As far as Ben goes, he does have an odd sense of humor but that is a real good point about his mom dying in childbirth. Or did she??? When you start looking at all these things, it is real tough to not get confused and almost say enough!!! i wonder how they are going to make sense of it. | |
