Was the stimulas check a loan of our own money or an actual blessing.  | |  I heard rumors of how when you file for your 2008 tax return, the amount of your stimulas check was deducted from your refund amount. Well it was no rumor, it happen to me. How loaning me my own money has helped the economy? Someone please explain?
